Your help would be greatly appreciated. My grandfather was Elmer Jacob SCOTT of Long Creek, Pender County. His father was Jacob Bragg SCOTT. Jacob Bragg's parents were John SCOTT (b. 1822) and Barbara GEORGE (b. 1821). Who were John's and Barbara's parents? Were John and I. Benjamin SCOTT brothers, cousins, or half-brothers?
