Will of W. W. Bordeaux

  Names Included: Dicy A., Wife Loyed H., Son J. C., Son Luther H., Son Albert D., Son W. F., Son Ida F., Daughter Mary E., Daughter I W. W. Bordeaux of the State of North Carolina and County of Sampson being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say Item 1st. That my executor herein after named pay my burial expenses and all my just debts out of the first moneys coming in his hands of my estate Item 2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Dicy A. Bordeaux all my real and personal property to her use during her natural life as widowhood and should she marry then she is to have her legal share or at her death my real and personal property is to be equally divided between my children L. H., J. C., Luther H., A. D., W. F., Ida F., and M. E. D. Bordeaux, to share and share alike. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Loyed H. Bordeaux my lawful Executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to true intent and memory of the same and every part and clause there of hereby revoking and declaring uterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I the said W. W. Bordeaux do hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th. Day of February AD 1875. Signed sealed published and W. W. Bordeaux (Seal) declared by the said W. W. Bordeaux to be his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the prsence of each other do subscribe our names A. N. Johnson T. J.
