Thelma Grace (Harrell) Kester,
retired underwriter

Thelma Grace (Harrell) Kester, 89, of Selbyville, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, at 
the home of her son, William A. Kester.
Mrs. Kester was born in Pender County, N.C. and was a retired commercial 
insurance underwriter for E. Walter Helm Insurance Company of Media, Pa.
She was a member of Ocean View Presbyterian Church, Ocean View.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Kester, in 2001.
She is survived by two sons, William A. Kester and his wife Carol of Bethany 
Beach; Robert W. Kester of Lincoln; four grandchildren, Kurt Kester and his wife 
Marybeth of Mansfield Township, N.J., Kimberly Friedman and her husband Les 
of Marlton, N.J.; Ryan McDonough and his wife Jennifer of Wisconsin, currently 
stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army, and Nick McDonough of Wisconsin; 
six great-grandchildren, Leanne Friedman, Nicolas and Karissa Kester, James, 
Nicholas and Jack McDonough.
Services were held at Ocean View Presbyterian Church, Ocean View, with burial 
in the adjoining cemetery.
