Bannerman - Noel Marriage
Kenansville - June 18 - John A. Bannerman of Burgaw and Miss Fannie Noel of Lexington, Miss., were married at the home of bride's uncle Saturday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Faison Pierce, by Rev. T. M. Levy, assisted by Rev. A. O. Moore.
The groom is cashier of the Bank of Pender and comes from a long line of noble ancestry and is the only son of John R. Bannerman of Burgaw. Miss Noel is a niece of ex-Governor Noel of Mississippi, and has many relatives in this state. She has been teaching in Burgaw High School three years and has won warm friends throughout the state.
